The Lightest Element - Hampstead Theatre - Assistant Production Manager at Footprint Scenery

This production was the first time that I lead a set get in independently. The experience taught me a lot about open communication and positive relationships across teams. I learnt a lot about my level of confidence and ability to direct a larger team in a time sensitive situation. Although this get in suffered a few set backs, I was able to think on my feet to problem solve and keep the team on track.
